The subdial colors are actually tropical through out but depending on the angle of the lighting it may look silver giving it a gradation effect of color. For many who love the Navitimer but found it to be too big, this is the perfect watch. It is really the perfect size and the must have Breitling in every watch lovers collection.  This watch was recently serviced at the Breitling service center and will come with the service papers as along with the original box and papers.
