Antique 1920s Patek Philippe Tank Case Hinge Platinum Watch. The watch is all original. Dial is original and never refinished. Curvex case is Large size for it’s era. Case measures at 37mm x 26mm excluding crown. Lug to lug measures 44mm. Case condition is excellent for it’s age. Watch sits on a aftermarket strap with the original Patek platinum buckle.
